Q: What is a La Tea Dolly  party? 
 
A: A La Tea Dolly tea party is comprised of 4 fun-filled activities:
  1.  The girls and their dolls in their fanciest attire and begin designing their tiaras and or crowns.
  2.  Next, they accessorize with boas, jewelry, gloves, and light make-up. 
  3.  A fashion show/photo shoot is arranged to capture the magical moment for the girls and their parents. 
  4.  Finally, the tea party begins!  The girls and their dolls are served tea, delightfully cut finger sandwiches, fruit, cheese and crackers in our fabulously decorated tea area.
Q: How many guests should I invite, and what are their ages ?

A: Our parties are created for 8 guests, including the birthday girl.  Additional guests are allowed for an additional fee.  We can accomodate up to 20 guests comfortably.  The average ages of our guests are 4-11.  Our materials are not appropriate for guests under 4 years of age.

Q: What about parents and family members who just want to watch?
  A: The parent giving the party is required to stay.  Other adults may attend and watch the party from afar.   It is best that only those children/guests who are participating attend.  Everyone will want to join in the fun, but we will only accomodate the invited guests.
Q: What times are available for me to have a party?

*Weekdays are available upon request.  Our hours will change during the summer months to accomodate children's summer vacation schedule.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?  
A: Currently, we only accept cash, check,  or money order.   
Q: How do I secure a date?  What happens if I have to cancel my party after I have secured a date?

 

A: It's a good idea to reserve your date 2-3 months in advance.  Once your  50% deposit has been received, your reservation is confirmed.    If you should have to cancel your date, we will work with you to find an alternate date.  Should the party need to be permanently canceled, we will gladly refund 25% of your deposit.
